
Amarillo Crime Stoppers needs your help locating two Polaris Rangers for this week's "Stolen Auto Day". They were both reported stolen from the 12100 block of E. Highway 60 on Saturday June 13th. There was a green 2019 Ranger with the last six of the VIN being 380846 and a red 2013 Ranger with the last six of the VIN being 215827. If you know the location of these two vehicles or who stole it, call Amarillo Crime Stoppers at 806-374-4400. Lucila Andrade Trevino

On February 18th, 2018 at 1:52 AM, officers were dispatched to the 2600 block of East Amarillo Boulevard on a motor vehicle striking two pedestrains and fleeing the scene. Lucila Andrade Trevino, a 58-year-old female of Friona, Texas, was pronounced dead at the scene. A 43-year-old male of Friona, Texas, was transported to a local hospital with life threatening injuries. The suspect vehicle in this case is going to be a four-door black passenger car, possibly a Ford Crown Victoria or another make with a similar body style. Gregory Sasueda

On Sunday February 13th, 2011 at 5:25 AM, APD officers were dispatched to the 2300 block of Fritch Highway on a male lying in the snow on the side of the road. The officers located 31 year old Gregory
Sasueda deceased in the ditch. At some point during the night Gregory had been struck by a
vehicle that left the scene. This accident happened late Saturday night into early Sunday
morning in close proximity to a bar located in the same block. There is a possibility that
someone going to or leaving the bar witnessed this accident. If you or someone you know

Jana Rae Pittman

This June makes 5 years since the death of Jana Rae Pittman, a 28-year-old from Nederland, TX. On June 5th, 2016, Jana was in Amarillo visiting friends. She was out walking in the area of I40 and Bell. Around 4:40 AM, APD officers were dispatched to I-40 and Alice near the frontage road on a motor vehicle accident involving Jana. While walking, Jana was struck by a vehicle. The vehicle fled the scene and Jana later died of injuries she sustained from the collision. Investigators believe the vehicle involved is red in color with damage to the front passenger side, possibly a Ford pickup.
